Technical Architect – Remote (UK Based)
£60,000 - £80,000 + Excellent benefits
 
This profitable and well-established organisation are looking to add an experienced Technical Architect to their in-house development team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and defining client needs, the scoping solutions based on these.
 
As a Technical Architect, you will contribute to the development of the in-house application and delivery of the product roadmap. You will be operating within an Agile delivery environment and be a passionate advocate of Agile practices. As a leader within the business, you will be expected to help foster a culture that encourages a supportive, collaborative, creative working environment. This includes empowering, supporting and developing staff to achieve the highest performance standards.
 
This company operate a fully remote working model for UK based candidates, with occasional in-person meetings. They have worked this wat for a number of years, encouraging regular communication, collaboration and teamwork.
 
Package:

• £60,000 - £80,000 basic salary with yearly reviews
• 25 days holidays + bank holidays (rising to 30 days with service)

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record of technical project leadership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ruby on Rails
• PostgreSQL
• Docker
• Managing cloud environments
• Front end development experience, Svelte, Heroku, API Development – desirable
