IT Administrator

Location: London Heathrow

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000pa (DOE)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer direct IT support for the entire UK business (14 offices UK Wide).
• Assist with help desk calls, troubleshooting and support for O365 (RDS/FSLogix).
• Implement role outs for new hardware and software, companywide.
• Drive improvement across all areas of IT within the business.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an IT Administrator position.
• Experience in Infrastructure administration.
• Full Microsoft O365 support experience.
• Experience using .NET and PowerShell - C# Programming Knowledge experience is desirable.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• UK Driving Licence preferable.
