About the role

In your role as Analyst Developer,  you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset. This role will provide a great opportunity to advise and guide the technical implementation of non-professional developers (EUCs) in the organisation.

You will also develop technical solutions in the form of bespoke software and third-party product integration with a particular focus on supporting and engaging with End Users (EUCs).

What you will be doing

As a trusted part of the Operations you will be responsible for:

  • Analyse technical/business problems and document requirements
  • Develop quality software to meet the evolving technical/business needs of USSIM, documenting as required
  • Knowledge share across the team with some mentoring from more senior members
  • Participate in team workshops

About you

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Extensive experience expected in the following technologies: Python
  • Expected to produce clear, concise, maintainable code.
  • Ability to share knowledge / experience.
  • Financial exposure, preferably gained through experience in a buy side institution or asset owner.
  • Experience with using cloud computing / Azure infrastructure desirable.
  • Experience with C# / Powershell / JavaScript / Snowflake / Linux is desirable.
