I am supporting a leading organisation within the heart of Cambridge. We are looking for an IT Technician to join an established team. The ideal candidate will have 2- 3 years’ experience within an IT related position.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line support for both software and hardware related issues.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory is essential.
- Responsible for PC’s, Laptops, Smartphone maintenance and printers
- Understanding of network infrastructure, including Local Area Networking, Wi-Fi,
- Assist IT new starters with set and induction process.
- Triage software issues in a logical manner
