PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Assist with the development of Microsoft 365 training and development strategy
- Create accessible training meeting including user guides and workshop content
- Deliver workshops showing staff how to effectively use Microsoft tools
- Monitor the organisations training needs
- Evaluate and implement new features within the M365 toolset for the organisation to adopt
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across the organisation to maximise 365 efficiently
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Possess a good knowledge and understanding of the M365 toolset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in supporting users to best adopt more efficient M365 toolset use
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience working within a charity is highly desirable
