Location: Fully Remote (US Client)

*This role involves occasional travel, approximately once per quarter within Europe and twice to the US*

A client of mine based in the US is on the lookout for a Programme Manager ready to lead strategic initiatives centered on Independent Software Vendor co-sell sales engagements.

The ideal candidate MUST have extensive experience, especially in initiatives involving Microsoft and the OCP/GPS organisations.

You'll play a crucial role as a trusted advisor, working closely alongside ISV Partners and Microsoft. The focus will revolve around managing a pipeline of customer opportunities and advocating for joint solutions and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement strategies to boost co-sell initiatives with ISVs in the designated region.
  • Develop comprehensive pipeline views for both companies, offering valuable insights and analytics.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to keep stakeholders updated on project progress and distribute weekly communications.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and lead reviews with the team and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and communicate milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across various teams.
  • Identify and track risks, issues, action items, and project decisions.

Required Experience / Qualifications:

  • Essential experience working within Microsoft, either as an FTE or Contractor.
  • Ability to lead and influence effectively in ambiguous situations while thriving in independent work settings.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised with a proven ability to tackle complex tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with products and services, with a preference for familiarity with Red Hat. Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong skills in crafting impactful decks, emails, and pitching for executive communication.
