Software Engineer

Salary circa £ 30k / £ 35k

Our client is an expanding and successful manufacturer, who design and manufactur  their own products, where each product is unique and bespoke for each customer, creating a working variety seldom seen.

Due to expansion they are in need of a software engineer to design the bespoke operating requirements for each client.

This a permanent position, and while remote working one day a week, initially you will need to be in the office every day for at least the first 3 months.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess, but not limited to, the following.....

• Autodesk Inventor (CAD and troubleshooting skills),
• Autodesk Vault
• Visual Studio
• Autodesk Inventor iLogic,
• Autodesk Inventor VBA
• VB.Net and Visual Basic programming languages.
• Basic C# (C sharp) programming language skills.
• Basic SQL Skills
• A good understanding of how to use Inventor, Vault, Excel APIs,
• Understanding of BitBucket or Git Repository use.

You will work in a small team, alongside the product designers and be an integral part of the design and manufacturing process, working in a very modern office environment.

You will get 25 floating days and the 8 bank holidays, have ample free parking and electric charging points.
