Role Overview:
As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development team in Leeds. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions using. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in designing and developing software applications using .NET and C#.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects on time.
- Architect and implement scalable and efficient code using best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
- Work closely with product managers and UX designers to ensure the best user experience in our applications.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with .NET framework and C# programming language.
- Developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET
- Implementing Azure services
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
