Beyond the occasional printer jam, as IT Technician you'll address onsite hardware issues, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively and leverage your IT knowledge to simplify the lives of your coworkers.

Based in Bridgnorth, you'll be supporting over 100 global users. However, your role as IT Technician isn't confined to the office—there are opportunities to travel to the UK and worldwide. Imagine setting up computer systems and laptops across the US and Europe, turning your travel dreams into a professional reality.

• You will have been an IT Support technician/IT helpdesk for a minimum of 2 years, you understand a ticketing system, how it works and how you prioritise.
• Experience of managing user accounts through Microsoft Office 365 – Onsite and Azure Active Directory, you know your way around the Microsoft 365 Products!
• Knowledge in maintaining networks, optimising performance, and understanding key network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

Experience with Hyper-V or other virtualization platforms will set you apart, as we're investing in expanding our capabilities in this area.
