IT Support Analyst

An automotive component manufacturer with multiple sites in the UK require an IT Support Analyst to ensure the continuous of the plant's IT systems, supervising the IT infrastructure and support IT software development and training. The ideal candidate will have experience in an IT support role for a fast-paced manufacturer.
Commutable from: St Helens, Warrington, Halewood, Liverpool, Prescot, Knowsley, Widnes
Salary: £41,000 - £43,000 p.a.
Working hours: 2 shift pattern, week one Mon Thurs 6 until 2:15pm Fri 6am until 11am week two Mon Thurs 2pm until 11:30pm and Friday off

The Role
Reporting into the IT Manager, you will have the following duties:
-Be engaged in the group and regional IT strategy.
-Responsible for all aspects of IT technical management within the plant.
-Ensure the IT hardware and software is managed, maintained and utilised to maximise productivity with the plant.
The Person
Educated to certification level in IT best practice you will have the following experience:
-Previous experience in an IT/computing support role within a manufacturing, preferable automotive manufacturing environment.
-Excellent technical skills across server trouble shooting and LAN.
