A Charity in London are seeking a Project Manager to assist with their ongoing Digital Strategy Change Programme and take the lead on a HR System replacement project.

As a Project Manager, your key purpose is to help manage change and plan for the future by improving the processes, services and products that we are transforming as part of our strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to bring your skills, experience and passion for enabling change to a growing organisation. The digital transformation you help to deliver will support over 70,000+ clients a year.

You will work closely with the Transformation team and Project Managers, Business Intelligence team, IT teams, Governance, OneCall, Clinical site colleagues and operations, Clinical Safety, UK Learning & Development team, GIS and all colleagues across the business and will need to be confident to liaise with stakeholders at board/director level.

Key Responsibilities

  • End to end project management of the implementation of new IT systems, including data migration and integration with existing systems
  • Management of all elements of each project, including (but not limited to) budget management, requirements capture, implementation planning, issue impact assessments, risk mitigation and benefits management.
  • Project reporting, including regular project boards as well as to senior stakeholders in the organisation
  • Pick up the project management of projects that are currently underway, as well as initiating newly identified projects
  • Leading and guiding project teams and project managers while working with key stakeholders across the organisation

To perform this role, it is essential that you have the following skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years working experience as a project manager
  • Proven track record of leading and managing multiple projects at the same time with short- and long-term deadlines, in a complex environment
  • End-to-end project management experience from planning, executing, monitoring/controlling and closing
  • Experience of leading Tender and Request for Proposal bids for vendor selection and project procurement (pitches, scoring and selection)
  • Understanding of risk and issue mitigation, and when to escalate
  • Ability to build and maintain highly effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of Azure and other cloud based environments
