My client has an immediate requirement for a Business Analyst to work on a 6-month initial contract. The client is a software development company that create solutions within healthcare.

You will be working with outsourced departments and will nee expeirnece working with overseas teams.

You will be working with a group of in-house and freelance Development Teams to support the progression of an existing project and begin to plan and execute the next phase.

The ideal Business Analyst will have experience working with software companies, or working within software teams.

This role be a mixture of a Business Analyst / Project Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Working with diverse groups of stakeholders to investigate root causes of problems, identify where a business need exists and shape the project to address this need.
  • Analysing current business requirements.
  • Packaging up current information.
  • Evaluate options to meet the business need and support the development of the business case for change.
  • Facilitate workshops to capture and document current and proposed processes.
  • Support business staff in testing business and IT changes to ensure acceptability.
  • Support the development and deployment of business and IT changes to ensure a smooth transition.
