As a Senior Developer, you'll spearhead the design, development, and enhancement of integrated back-office solutions using Microsoft Development Technologies. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll ensure optimal solutions that meet requirements and adhere to technical constraints while considering total cost of ownership. Your role will encompass the full lifecycle of product delivery, from design to implementation and early life support. Expect to collaborate on planning and estimation, integrating bespoke data sources, and engaging with third parties when necessary.
As part of the Team the Senior Developer will be expected to contribute to planning and estimation of work required to achieve the Team deliverables. The Authority will be undertaking bespoke development in delivering the end-to-end solution, so the resource will need to integrate with several bespoke data sources written by other parties, other working areas of the programme and project or engage with 3rd parties when necessary.

Key Knowledge/Skills:
- Proficiency in agile practices with proven experience
- Mastery of industry-standard development methodologies and tools
- Expertise in C# .Net, C# .Net Core, TDD, Object-Oriented Design, and Git version control
- Extensive knowledge of Azure technologies, including API Manager, Active Directory, Functions, Service Bus, SQL Server, CosmosDB, Storage, and Azure DevOps
- Demonstrable experience in high-volume back-office transactional systems and payment processing, including card payments and Direct Debit mechanisms
