Desktop Support Analyst

Nigel Frank are partnered with an investment management firm as they are expanding their technical support team. They have the resources to work with the latest technologies and this role will offer the chance to get stuck into projects involving IT architecture and Cyber Security.

The main responsibility of this role is to deliver desktop support to their user base, spread across the UK and South East Asia.

This is a hybrid role, requiring travel into their London office 3x a week.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Desktop support, on site and remotely
  • Rolling out end user technologies
  • Video conferencing support
  • Working on exciting projects (proposals and delivery)
  • Documentation (policy, processes procedure and best practice)

Skills Required

  • Microsoft 365 administration - (including Autopilot, Exchange, Intune, Teams and SharePoint)
  • Windows 11 desktop administration / troubleshooting
  • Networking experience (desirable)
  • Exposure to VMware virtualisation (desirable)

You will be rewarded with a salary paying up to £40,000 and a favourable benefits package including:
