Role Sage People Consultant aka HRIS Consultant, HR Systems Analyst, HRIS Business Analyst, HR MI / Data analyst
Location – Fully remote – Once a month meetings Midlands / S East – c. once a month meeting clients
Salary 50 – 60K + 10% Bonus, 25 Days + B’Day + 3 Volunteering days, Pension, 5x Life, Accreditations / Training
The role will be working with clients looking to implement Sage People Solutions Leading multiple ongoing deployments.
This would include
Requirements gathering (Functional / Technical)
Configuration and oversight of development efforts
Support through go-live activities
Support risk mitigation project planning meetings with colleagues and customers
Maintain Sage People knowledge through training project work and accreditations
Project Management of small deploymentsYou
We seek someone with a strong background in HRIS Systems implementations specifically Sage People to a level where they can effectively scope projects and advise of any gaps between it and customer requirements. Someone who also can act into a consultative manner with clients.
