About the role and key responsibilities -

• Seeking a high-skilled IT Senior professional to lead and mentor a small IT Team across BAU and Infrastructure Support
• Manage the IT Infrastructure and Network Architecture across structured networks and firewalls
• Manage the Service Desk team and act as an escalation point at 3rd Line level
• Act as a liaison between IT and other departments, addressing their technology needs and requirements
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning of systems and networks.

Technical and Management Skills Required -

• In-depth knowledge of Hybrid Solutions, Cloud Technologies, Virtualisation and Server Administration
• Cisco networks - architecture and deployments
• Network & Infrastructure Architecture
• ITIL Experience
• Experience in managing an IT Team - whether at Manager or Team Leader level
• Microsoft 365, Office 365, Autopilot and Intune
• End-user computer support - desktops, laptops, mobile devices and software applications
• Fortinet and Azure Certifications
