Salary: £48,000 - £60,000
About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent charity seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to join their IT team. In this role, you will oversee a team of four, ensuring the efficient delivery of IT services across the organization. Your expertise in ITIL and JIRA will be crucial in managing and improving service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of four direct reports.
- Manage and optimize service delivery processes using ITIL frameworks.
- Utilize JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless IT service support.
- Monitor service performance and implement improvement plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Proficiency in JIRA.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
