Chief Revenue Officer Overview: Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a well-established and award-winning international Software business on their search for a Chief Revenue Officer. The business are highly innovative and provide a range of technology and data solutions that solve real life business problems.

This is an exceptional role for a high-level and experienced Senior Commercial professional to join the Senior Leadership Team and help achieve their ambitious business growth plans. You will help to define and execute a successful global commercial sales & marketing strategy whilst leading a performing sales team as they prepare to expand into new territories, markets and industries.

The successful candidate will come from a well-established SaaS background and be highly motivated, intelligent and driven to help tackle all international commercial and marketing challenges encountered. Sponsorship is not provided for this position, as such applicants must have full right to work in the UK.

Chief Revenue Officer Responsibilities:
• Taking an active role within the Senior Leadership Team – supporting the Board
• Leadership – of a successful international Sales & Marketing team
• Recruitment, P&L & Department Budget Management.
• 5 year sales & budget planning, strategy and objective setting
• Commercial Contract Approvals.
• M&A Sales Due Diligence and Governance
• Increasing Incremental Margin, ARR & NRR.
• Incentives - Sales Team Commission Plans and Approvals

Chief Revenue Officer Requirements:
• Experience of working within a publicly listed (or enterprise level) SAAS or software company
• A track record of achievement in Business Development, Sales & Marketing
• Leadership – the ability to motivate, lead mentor and communicate with sales & Marketing teams
• International experience – developing sales in global markets via all channels
• Excellent communication skills – at all levels
• Accountability – self accountable and able to keep peers and colleagues to account
• Behaviours – self-started & driven, entrepreneurial trustworthy, integrity, emotionally intelligent
• Data driven – number driven and able to keep data on the forefront of your mind
