3rd Line Engineer
Location: Fully remote
Salary: £(phone number removed) (DOE) + excellent benefits + fully remote
My client, a leading Managed Service Provider is looking for an experienced 3rdLine Engineer to join their team on a fully remote basis. Providing support to their end clients and customer mainly in the education sector.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers (ticketing systems, helpdesk,, email, telephone)
- Manage independent workload to ensure customers receive timely support & SLA targets are met
- Contribute to the development of company solutions
- Maintenance of company documentation
Requirements:
- Active Directory/ Group Policy- on prem technologies
- Microsoft Systems (Office 365)
- Virtualisation tools- VMWare/Hyper-V
- vSphere
- Hands-on administrating Active Directory
- Manage Windows Systems
- MSP experience (beneficial)
