Location: Hybrid working - office located in London
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Responsibilities:
- Self development to becoming a subject matter expert
- Assist Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in developing Microsoft 365 project plans for their clients
- Advise MSPs on the end-to-end deployment of Microsoft 365 policies with live customers
- Conduct technical workshops showcasing the end-to-end deployment of Microsoft 365 policies
- Assemble a technical team to execute post-sale projects
- Provide technical support for the product during the ramp-up period
- Multiple years of experience working within a similar role with an MSP
- Strong background working with Microsoft 365 (Entra, Intune, Exchange, Defender, Sharepoint & Teams)
- Experience with technical pre-sales and or engineering
- Background with Microsoft 365 Business Premium licensing
