Our client is a long established and highly prestigious Quantitative Trading Firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience Windows and Azure project focused engineer to upgrade their estate whilst working closely with the rest of their infrastructure and security engineering team. Our client is also happy to consider applicants without financial services experience, so this is an opportunity to gain experience with a market leading technology driven hedge fund.

Our client is initially looking for someone to join on a 12-month interim basis to upgrade their existing Windows and Azure based Infrastructure. Our client has been clear that if the successful applicant impresses them during their tenure, they are keen to retain them on a permanent basis thereafter.

A non-exhaustive list of projects to be completed is as follows….

• Implement InTune for MDM
• Implement Azure Conditional Access
• Upgrade desktops from Windows 10 to 11
• Upgrade domain controllers to latest version
• General upgrades and optimisation work to be completed across the estate

SKILL /EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 5+ Years experience as a Windows / Azure Engineer with a focus on Security and project-based work
• PowerShell Scripting and automation experience is essential
• Microsoft PKI experience
• Active Directory
