Senior Solutions Engineer

Reading - Hybrid working

Up to £60,000 per annum + bonus

Due to a recent internal movement, my client is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their Field Engineering team. This position is hybrid (once a week to the Reading office) with potential travel to London and worldwide (if you want to!).

Responsibilities:

• Be the trusted adviser for customers and develop an understanding of their objectives, technical challenges, and business goals.
• Provide product expertise to customers and partners on various aspects of the platform
• Work closely with the Sales team to deliver customer solutions
• Provide direct support to critical customer issues over conference calls, on-site visits, etc.

Beneficial if you had:

• Hands-on programming language in Java
• Industry knowledge of Capital Markets or iGaming.
