Job Title: Global Web Activations Project Manager
Location: Hammersmith
Initial 6 month Contract Outside IR35
Pay Rate- £400 to £600 Outside IR35 per day
Hybrid- 2 days Onsite

Are you a seasoned project manager with a passion for driving digital transformation in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry? Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated Global Web Activations Project Manager to join their Management & Operations team in London.

As the Global Web Activations Project Manager, you will be the linchpin of their IT project initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related IT queries within their market. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of projects according to agreed scopes and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for all IT inquiries related to projects in the market.
• Take part in every stage of project development, from initial assessment to final completion.
• Regularly assess and update project plans to guarantee they meet necessary criteria and upcoming goals.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams and Lead Delivery Managers to ensure tasks are completed as per development schedules.
• Coordinate with QA teams to ensure timely internal testing based on configuration readiness.
• Develop epics and test plans in accordance with project scopes.
• Review User Verification Testing (UVT) scopes with the market and secure sign-off before UVT kickoff.
• Prepare UVT kickoff presentations and conduct daily UVT meetings.
• Ensure alignment of cutover plans with IT and oversee their execution prior to go-live.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
