History Educator Position in Brighton

Salary: £175-£240 per day 

Are you a dedicated and knowledgeable History educator ready to ignite students' curiosity about the past? We are actively seeking a passionate teacher to join our team and lead captivating History lessons in the vibrant city of Brighton. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development and delivery of engaging History lessons, fostering a deep understanding and critical analysis of historical events. 

  • Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and academic excellence in the field of History. 

  • Assess and provide constructive feedback on student projects, guiding their historical understanding and intellectual development. 

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience, driving excellence in History education. 

Requirements: 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable, or a relevant qualification in History. 

  • Proven experience teaching History is essential. 

  • In-depth knowledge of various historical periods, events, and cultural perspectives. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic educational environment. 

Location and Duration: 

The position is based in Brighton and involves teaching responsibilities for at least 4 days a week. The role is available for an immediate start, with flexibility to accommodate the right candidate's schedule.
