Tech Lead - Permanent Hire - Product Development

As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their platform, leveraging your expertise to tackle complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions. Responsibilities include:

• End-to-end responsibility for developing the solution.
• Being in charge of architecture, design, code quality, system stability and resiliency.
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers and other team externals to help set the technical road map for the team.
• Scoping complex tasks and projects.
• Mentoring and guiding other engineers.
• Partnering with managers to help with decisions related to work division, execution, prioritisation, goal setting and other tasks.

Requirements:

• Finnish language fluency.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• 6+ years of experience in hands-on full-stack software development using Python, Kotlin, AWS.
• Experience in developing and architecting scalable cloud-based applications in AWS, utilizing platform's native components.
• Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills.
• Background in working with medical devices is advantageous.
