In this role, the successful IT Infrastructure Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.

This role would suit an IT Infrastructure Engineer with solid experience providing 2nd line IT Support, and a "techy" individual knowing the server and networking side well, as well as installing new equipment / performing upgrades

The Role

• Installing new equipment / performing upgrades. Tech stack is, NetApp Storage, Cisco Networking & Compute
• 2nd line Support
• Feature upgrades with the existing products, Mimecast, 0365, Okta
• 4 days a week in office, one week from home

The Person

• Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or similar role, with a focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure environments.
• Experience with server virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V
• Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and technologies
• Local to Blackburn
