Network Support Engineer

VIQU have partnered with a global media company who are currently recruiting for a Network Support Engineer to join their team.

The role

• You will be providing face-to-face support to external stakeholders.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of company equipment.
• Troubleshooting wired and wireless networks.
• Opportunity for additional remuneration through out of hours support.

Skills and experience

• Strong understanding of networking with TCP/IP and VLAN.
• Good understanding of wireless network troubleshooting.
• Routing experience with MPLS and VXLAN.
• Systems administration experience on Linux or OSX.
• Experience with networking devices such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco and Juniper.
• Relevant networking qualifications such as CCNA and CompTIA.
