As our Lead MS Dynamics Trainer, you will be responsible for :

• Conducting training sessions on MS Dynamics, covering topics such as customisation, configuration, workflow automation, and data management.
• Customising training materials and curriculum to meet the specific needs and skill levels of diverse learners.
• Providing practical examples and real-world scenarios to enhance learning outcomes and ensure applicability in the workplace.
• Offering guidance and support to trainees, answering questions and addressing challenges effectively.
• Staying updated on the latest MS Dynamics features, updates, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge training.

You will be required to have:

• Extensive experience working with MS Dynamics, including Dynamics 365, CRM, or AX.
• Proven track record of delivering engaging and effective training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a patient, supportive attitude towards learners.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and training needs.
