Junior Software Business Analyst
Location: Warrington (Remote)
Salary: Up to £35k (DoE)
Our client, a leading software house based in the North West, is seeking a client-facing business analyst to join their rapidly growing team following business expansion. In this multi-faceted role, you'll assist in the delivery of software projects for a range of clients, whilst liaising with in-house development teams to ensure satisfaction.
The Role:
As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll be the bridge between the client and development teams. By first helping to gather customer requirements and then translating this into a technical specification documents and usable designs for the development teams to read from. During this process, you'll be responsible for managing the projects to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations
Once product development has been complete, you'll then work again with the client to oversee delivery of their bespoke software into their business, as well as managing any post-implementation snagging issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Agile working methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
