Looking for that first step to launch your career in IT?

This role will support an 18 month IT Apprenticeship, where you will combine being part of our supportive IT Service Desk team whilst completing a Level 3 IT Apprenticeship via Abingdon & Witney College.

Our Service Desk is responsible for supporting all our employee’s computer, technology, and telephony needs.

So, if you have a keen interest in IT, want to learn more and are comfortable and confident in communicating with people of all levels and technical knowledge, we would love to hear from you.

An ideal opportunity to gain qualifications and learn from a friendly and knowledgeable team.

Below are a few of the areas that you will learn and support:

  • User onboarding and offboarding, including building and recovering machines, laptops, mobiles, and tablets
  • 1st Line support and maintenance of the Active Directory and Office 365 account and email administration
  • Windows 10 (mostly notebook)
  • Mobile & VOIP telephony support
  • Learn and provide general 1st Line support across all our technologies, systems, and applications, eg JIRA, Sage200, Confluence, Salesforce, etc
