Position Overview: As a Remote Epicor Application Support Analyst, you'll be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing our Epicor ERP system. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, resolving issues, implementing enhancements, and assisting end-users. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a remote environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide remote support for Epicor ERP-related inquiries, issues, and requests from end-users.
  2. Troubleshoot technical problems, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.
  3. Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements or customizations.
  4. Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and configurations to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for end-users.
  6. Conduct virtual training sessions and workshops to promote system adoption and proficiency.
  7. Monitor system performance and utilization, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features of the Epicor ERP platform.
  9. Participate in project planning, testing, and implementation activities for system upgrades or integrations.
  10. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to facilitate effective communication and alignment of objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Working with Epicor ERP systems, including configuration, administration, and support.
  3. Proficiency in Epicor tools and modules, such as Epicor 10, Epicor ERP Kinetic, Epicor Financial Management, and Epicor Manufacturing.
  4. Understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and industry standards.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop practical solutions.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  7. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  9. Experience with SQL queries, data analysis, and reporting tools is a plus.
  10. Epicor certifications or training courses are desirable.
