£35,000 - £40,000/annum
Exciting opportunity to slowly move away from BAU in becoming a Project Engineer.

If so, then look no further… I’m looking for an experience Infrastructure Engineer to join and work with a close-knit team to make a real difference!
 
The Role:
 
  • Act as a point of escalation.
  • Deliver on a multitude of projects: Cloud (Azure/M365), Virtualisation, Storage, Backup, Networking etc...
  • Travel to customer sites when required.
  • Liasing with 3rd parties, internal teams, and vendors with clear communication.
  • Ensuring all issues are fixed in a timely manner within the agreed SLA.
  • Take a cloud first approach with a focus on Azure/M365.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
 
  • Exposure to working in a busy environment supporting an array of customers.
  • Good communicator & Organised individual
  • Experience working to ITIL best practises.
  • Proven experience managing Infrastructure & Cloud environments.
  • Previous experience working as a 3rd Line Engineer, System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer or Escalation Engineer.
 
Desirable Tech Experience:
 
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD
  • DNS, DHCP, TCPIP, VPN, WAN/LAN
  • Windows Server
  • Exchange – Office 365
  • InTune/EndPoint – MFA, MDM
  • SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
  • SQL Server
  • VMware, Hyper-V,
  • Networking Fundamentals
  • Backup Management Tools
  • Monitoring Tools
