The Role:
- Act as a point of escalation.
- Deliver on a multitude of projects: Cloud (Azure/M365), Virtualisation, Storage, Backup, Networking etc...
- Travel to customer sites when required.
- Liasing with 3rd parties, internal teams, and vendors with clear communication.
- Ensuring all issues are fixed in a timely manner within the agreed SLA.
- Take a cloud first approach with a focus on Azure/M365.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Exposure to working in a busy environment supporting an array of customers.
- Good communicator & Organised individual
- Experience working to ITIL best practises.
- Proven experience managing Infrastructure & Cloud environments.
- Previous experience working as a 3rd Line Engineer, System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer or Escalation Engineer.
Desirable Tech Experience:
- Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD
- DNS, DHCP, TCPIP, VPN, WAN/LAN
- Windows Server
- Exchange – Office 365
- InTune/EndPoint – MFA, MDM
- SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
- SQL Server
- VMware, Hyper-V,
- Networking Fundamentals
- Backup Management Tools
- Monitoring Tools
