Modern Workplace Practice Lead

Dublin/Hybrid

My client is a global leader in the Consulting space, looking for a Modern Workplace Practice Lead to spearhead a portfolio of their keynote IT modernisation programmes, working with the Microsoft suite of digital workplace technologies.

You will work with our key clients to develop their modernisation journey while generating fresh business opportunities for the wider organisation. You will be responsible for practice delivery, client satisfaction and the technical leadership of a multi-disciplined, high-performance team.

You will have a successful track record in developing people, owning a P&L, and leading a Modern Workplace Practice in your past positions.

Modern Workplace Practice Lead - Experience required:

• 10 years' experience leading, growing, and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrable experience operating in a client-facing capacity within a Professional Services/Consulting environment with significant stakeholder management experience.
• 3 years' experience in Digital/Modern Workplace technologies including the Microsoft suite.
• Business Development experience, leading bid proposals and managing sales targets.
• Experience owning the end-to-end mobilisation and delivery of large-scale strategic transformation programmes.
• Experience leading a Modern Workplace Practice.
• Experience owning responsibility for a P&L.
