Business Systems Analyst 

Salary & Benefits: £45,000 to £55,000, Medical Insurance, 26 Days Holiday, Hybrid

nufuture has partnered with a global conglomerate with a strong presence in the UK, boasting five core business units. Previously, their IT functions operated independently, but a business transformation has brought these teams together to form a collaborative and streamlined shared service environment. 

We are seeking a talented Hybrid Business Systems Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with their IT and business teams to analyse business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative technology solutions.

The ideal Business Systems Analyst will have a strong background in both systems analysis and business analysis, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives
- Develop detailed system specifications and documentation - Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in systems analysis and business analysis

Requirements:
- Proven experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
