The Opportunity:
A prestigious IT Reseller is actively seeking an experienced Account Director to join their top-tier team. This role is designed for a high-caliber Account Director with a proven track record in the IT Reseller sector, committed to delivering unparalleled service and achieving outstanding sales results.
The Role:
The Account Director will lead business development, strategic account planning and execution, managing accounts and will own the GP target for themselves and a sales support team member.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Enterprise new logo business
- Oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts, fostering long-term, high-value relationships.
- Employ strategic insight as an Account Director to identify and seize new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate an Account Director's exceptional ability to negotiate and maintain profitable contracts, ensuring robust GP figures.
- Offer clients comprehensive, tailored solutions leveraging the company’s wide-ranging products and services.
- Lead and mentor a team, driving the IT Reseller's sales strategy and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years in a senior sales role, preferably as an Account Director, within an IT Reseller or MSP environment.
- A strong track record as an Account Director of achieving and exceeding GP targets in the IT Reseller sector.
- Exceptional strategic planning abilities and a consultative approach to sales within the IT Reseller space.
- Robust IT Reseller industry connections and the ability to leverage these for business growth.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team as an Account Director.
