Dynamics 365 Support Engineer / MS Dynamics 365 Application Engineer / Application Support Engineer required to join a global organisation.

 

The Dynamics 365 Support Engineer / MS Dynamics 365 Application Engineer / Application Support Engineer will be responsible for all technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

 

This is a hybrid position where you are in the office 3 days per week.

Role:

 

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (FP&O) solutions.
  • Serving as the go-to expert for all technical inquiries related to Dynamics 365, offering timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and development teams to implement changes efficiently and accurately, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
  • Providing comprehensive training and guidance to end users.
  • Supporting integration processes to uphold the highest standards, ensuring seamless functionality across systems.
  • Vigilantly monitoring the performance and security of all Dynamics 365 applications
  • Investigate, diagnose, and analyse reported issues and errors within the Dynamics 365 applications
  • Assist with configuration changes, customization requests, and system enhancements within Dynamics 365 CE and FP&O
  • Reporting to the IT Manager
  • Hybrid working, 3 days office based in Milton Keynes
 

 

Dynamics 365 Support Engineer / MS Dynamics 365 Application Engineer / Application Support Engineer requirements:

 

 

  • Related qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
  • Previous experience in providing technical support and assistance for Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (FP&O) would be beneficial.
  • This is a hybrid position where you are in the office 3 days per week in Milton Keynes
