Sales Executive – (Hybrid – Milton Keynes)
The Role:
- Managing internal sales processes including processing orders, contracts and quote generation.
- Generating and tracking sales leads and procedure reports using the CRM database procedures.
- Achieve monthly KPIs of prospects contacted, pipeline generated, and sales closed.
- Maintain clear and accurate understanding of educational market and government educational policies, enabling the business to maximise business and growth opportunities.
- Acting as the ambassador of the organisation.

The Ideal Candidate:
- 1 – 2+ years of experience in customer facing in role such as Account Manager or Sales Executive.
- Experience selling into education sector or awareness of the educational landscape.
- Experience working in fast-paced, target driven environment and working with high-performing team.
- Experience using CRM and administration and ordering systems.
- Excellent communication skill and able to build relationships.
- Commercial acumen, articulate and numerate.
- KPI driven, tenacious, data and numbers focused.
What You’ll Get:
- £25,000 - £30,000 Basic with a £75,000 - £80,000 OTE

3 Stage Interview Process:
- 1st Interview – Teams – 30 minutes – Sales Manager - Get to know.
- 2nd Interview – On Site – 60 minutes (Sales Manager & BD Director) – Presentation.
