London (Hybrid)

.NET Support Developer needed with active SC Security Clearance. Permanent position working in London with some travel to Leeds. Hybrid working with the expectation of 2-3 days per week on-site.

A chance to work with a leading global IT transformation business on a large-scale IT modernisation programme for Government clients. Start ASAP in May/June 2024.

Key experience + responsibilities will include:

• Providing Level 3 technical support 24/7 for technical issues relating to critical IT infrastructure.
• Software development using .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, VBA.
• Strong L3 technical support, problem-solving + analytical skills.
• Analyzing, designing + implementing robust and scalable solutions to address complex technical issues.
• Conducting code reviews + working closely with the product team to resolve technical issues.
• Performing Incident management including: Major/Minor Incidents, root causes + resolutions.
• Advantageous Skills: Matlab, Agile + Time Series database integration.
