We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Project Administrator to support our client, a leading Technology & IT Security organisation. As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with revenue recognition projects by assisting project leaders in various important tasks.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, including Revenue Recognition, Billing, and Customer Success.
  • Support Customer Success Managers (CSM's) in chasing new or top-up Purchase Orders (POs) to reduce non-compliant revenue recognition risk.
  • Collate, update, and present data for the billing team for effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify non-compliant revenue issues and anticipate potential non-compliance among customers.
  • Collaborate with global CSM teams to manage aged debt effectively.
  • Provide timely reporting to regional CSM team leaders and maintain progress reports and trackers.
  • Foster positive internal feedback by becoming a trusted advisor on revenue recognition policies.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with all internal teams.

  • Proven ability to develop relationships and deliver results through cross-functional teams.
  • Process-focused, proactive, and can-do attitude.
  • Fast learner, comfortable working in a technical solution environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experienced in working across multiple fast-moving teams.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel, Word).
  • Desirable experience with cloud-based, SaaS products, especially in communications platforms and contact centres.
  • Background in Finance and/or Communications disciplines would be advantageous.
  • Relevant degree-level qualification desirable.
  • Self-motivated, able to work remotely and travel to London region offices when required (up to once a week).
