Senior Software Rollout Project Manager

Hybrid / Remote (Birmingham) 2-3 days onsite

We are excited to be working with an established asset management company based in Birmingham who are looking to bring in a permanent Senior Project Manager! This opportunity will allow you to work with a variety of internal departments, teams and stakeholders. This organisation operate in a greenfield esk manor, with an exciting pace and creativity mixed with collaboration is a mixture for success!

If you are able to juggle multiple projects, deliver with effective communication and truly understand the needs of the business this is the role for you!

What you'll be doing

  • Take charge of day-to-day running of projects assigned to you.
  • Confident working and leading and Agile environement.
  • Support the planning and monitoring of ongoing projects.
  • Managing the overall project, including costing, resource, schedule & benefit.
  • Work closely with Stakeholders to identify benefits and value that the projects will bring.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.

What you'll need

  • Experience with internal Software rollout projects
  • Strong experience in business change/transformation and software roll out.
  • Strong problem solving ability, able to identify problems and challenges whilst being able to suggest solutions.
  • Ability to direct a small team to a common goal
  • Take your own initiative and identify areas that are needed to be escalated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills/communication skills and ability to engage and build trust with direct team members as well as external stakeholders and 3rd parties.
  • Confidence in understanding new systems.
  • Background in Waterfall & Agile project management techniques.
  • Planning and managing your own tasks, activities and deliverable.
  • Personable, collaborative, fast paced!
