Role: Application Support Analyst (Cash Receipting software)
Location: Luton (Hybrid role 2 days per week in Luton, 3 days per week WFH)
Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 + a comprehensive range of Employee Benefits

The Role:
- Provide excellent customer service and End User support around best practice of the Cash Receipting application, in a Service Level Agreement environment, (responding to and resolving User problems / issues).
- Support all aspects of Cash Receipting, including E-Returns, Bank Reconciliation and Suspense.
- Investigate and resolve often complex customer issues that will require technical investigation.
- Liaise with 3rd part suppliers of hardware and software to support reported faults where required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Essential:
- 2+ years' experience working with, or supporting a Cash Receipting system, (including E-Returns, Bank Reconciliation and Suspense)
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to diagnose User issues and either resolve directly or escalate accordingly.
- Keen interest in IT / technology including Super-User level knowledge of any accounting / payments / Receipting software.
- A basic understanding of SQL.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
