QA Test Manager (Contract)

We are recruiting for a highly experienced QA Test Manager to manage a QA team during an exciting time of growth for our client.

The role will initially be contracted for 12 months and requires an immediate start in order to get settled prior to the project commencing in January.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a team within a very reputable organisation for a daily rate of €600 per day.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead an experienced QA and testing team, encouraging high performance and efficiency
  • Create and execute a detailed testing strategy
  • Liaise with managers to ensure that the test plan aligns with the overall project
  • Deliver detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders , discussing progress and addressing any issues that have been identified
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the team and assist with the overall recruitment process

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years' experience within Test Management
  • Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager experience would be advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management and Test Management methodologies
  • In depth knowledge of software testing (manual and automated testing tools)
  • Strong API knowledge
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
