Are you passionate about enhancing operational efficiency and optimising workforce resources? We are currently seeking a skilled Optimisation Manager to join our team and spearhead labour efficiency initiatives within the organisation. £60,000 + car + bonus. This is a role that will require weekly travel with some home working.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to company and client policies and procedures while prioritising contracts for potential labour optimisation challenges.
Take ownership of labour models, ensuring they remain updated with the latest technological advancements.
Analyse future schedules to align with predicted demand accurately.
Provide guidance to on-site management teams on labour hour optimisation and accurate charging practices.
Utilise dashboard analysis to align labour costs with demand effectively.
Implement reporting and analysis tools to track financial results and achievements of labour management initiatives.
Offer insightful recommendations to senior management based on comprehensive analysis and discussions.
Foster strong partnerships with operations, account management, finance, and software development teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Promptly report any allegations of impropriety.

Ideal Qualifications:

Proven experience in delivering data-centric organisational change.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior management.
Proficient use of MS Office suite.
Strong quantitative analysis skills with a passion for research.
Self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build lasting connections.
Project management expertise, preferably in labour management.
Exposure to productivity enhancement projects and time and motion studies.
In-depth knowledge of site operations to recommend, implement, and complete projects.
Experience in optimisation processes with a focus on contractual compliance.
Financial acumen to interpret and analyse financial information.
Demonstrates discretion and the ability to handle confidential issues.
