We are currently seeking a skilled Optimisation Manager to join our team and spearhead labour efficiency initiatives within the organisation. £60,000 + car + bonus. This is a role that will require weekly travel with some home working.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to company and client policies and procedures while prioritising contracts for potential labour optimisation challenges.
Take ownership of labour models, ensuring they remain updated with the latest technological advancements.
Analyse future schedules to align with predicted demand accurately.
Provide guidance to on-site management teams on labour hour optimisation and accurate charging practices.
Utilise dashboard analysis to align labour costs with demand effectively.
Implement reporting and analysis tools to track financial results and achievements of labour management initiatives.
Offer insightful recommendations to senior management based on comprehensive analysis and discussions.
Foster strong partnerships with operations, account management, finance, and software development teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Promptly report any allegations of impropriety.
