Are you a skilled and experienced support engineer looking for an exciting opportunity in the aerospace and defense industry? If so, we have an amazing opportunity for a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer at a leading Aerospace company based in West London.
Salary: £35,000 per annum, along with a 10% bonus, private healthcare, and a 5% pension scheme.
Job Description
- Provide first and second line technical support for Microsoft, Cisco, and Azure systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support cases and resolutions.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and upgrades.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in providing technical support for Microsoft, Cisco and Azure systems.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- 1 st / 2 nd Line support engineer - 4+ years
- JML - Joiner, Movers, Leavers
Nice to have experience / not essential
