What you will do:

• Managing and providing support for IT equipment and phones used by all staff members.
• Acting as the primary point of contact and providing assistance for any IT-related issues that arise.
• Overseeing IT infrastructure and security measures across their offices in the UK & Ireland.
• Handling the ordering and inventory management of IT and phone equipment, among other responsibilities.
• Installing IT workstations using software distribution methods, including PC systems, laptops, operating systems, and company-specific software.
• Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to various Microsoft components.
• Contributing to various IT projects such as the development of the company intranet and the implementation of new systems.
• Providing basic-level support and management for network infrastructure.
• Managing Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10 / 11, and Office365, with escalation to third-line support when necessary.
• Engaging in IT supplier-related activities, including procurement tasks.

Required experience and qualifications:

• Degree educated (IT or Business/IT Related
• Able to effectively analyse and communicate data and software
• Experience in a similar role is desirable
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
