Software Engineering Manager

Location: Leeds, UK (2 days in office)

Salary: Up to £120,000 + bonus

Responsibilities:

• Establishing the culture and values of the new team
• Leading technical teams and earning their respect
• Communicating effectively with developers and business leaders
• Implementing software engineering principles for efficient delivery
• Driving best testing practices and deployment techniques

Technical Environment:

• C#, SQL Server, ASP.Net MVC, WCF, Azure
• DevOps, CI/CD
• JavaScript, Angular, TypeScript
• SOLID, NUnit, and more

Requirements:

• Strong background in C# / Microsoft technologies
• Passion for pushing the latest technology
• Experience delivering complex software products
• Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively
