Dynamics Superuser/Process Owner – Willenhall – Hybrid
 
Up To £48,000 per Annum + Enhanced Pension
 
We are seeking a Dynamics Superuser/Process Owner to join a prominent manufacturer and supplier of door opening solutions. This role involves addressing the stringent safety, security, and convenience requirements of end-users. As part of a market-leading enterprise, you’ll contribute to implementing and designing innovative solutions that enable the business to flourish in a dynamically evolving market. Your primary focus will be within the ERP system, collaborating with all UK business units to comprehend challenges and propose effective solutions. Furthermore, you’ll play a pivotal role in future projects, facilitating the migration of the UK organization to a new ERP platform.
 
Responsibilities:
  • To take responsibility for the setup of all key required processes within AX and test for operational suitability within the scope and objective of the project
  • Be responsible for delivering high quality end user training for new starters and existing members of staff
  • Develop and grow the Super User network within the UK business
  • Supporting the business in understanding and designing changes and new solutions
  • Providing support to the business users for all applications managed by the Enterprise Applications team (in conjunction with the rest of the team and led by the Enterprise Applications Support analyst)
Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office Suite
  • High level of Microsoft Dynamics understanding - Desirable
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Excellent knowledge of the Order to Cash business processes
  • General IT Support (1st/2nd Line)
