IT Support Technician
Durham/Onsite
£20,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

Day-to-Day:

  • Support the internal hardware and software - maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for all IT-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues via the helpdesk system.
  • Assist with hardware and software installations for new users/system upgrades.
  • Administer user accounts, passwords, email accounts, and security access for staff.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Support the wider tech team with both tickets and project work.

  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server
