As our Head of Contract Recruitment, you'll be at the helm of our recruitment efforts in the contracting space. Your mission? To match skilled IT Infrastructure & Cloud professionals with exciting projects and assignments throughout the country. 

What you'll bring to the table:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in agency recruitment, with a track record of success in contract recruitment
• Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients and candidates alike.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT landscape, including emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Desirable but not essential for the right person.
• Results Orientation: Strong drive for results with a relentless focus on exceeding targets and driving business growth.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly as priorities shift.
