Recruitment Consultant - Full Time Permanent - Leamington

Competitive salary with an uncapped commission structure

Monday to Thursday 8:30 till 5:30 with a 1 hour Lunch - Early Finish on Fridays at 3:30pm – Central Leamington Spa - CV32 5LA

Office-based 5 days per week initially, the opportunity to have 1 day working from home after 6 months.

Recruitment Consultant

The Role

To work as a Recruitment Consultant, you will need to be driven and ambitious with excellent telephone skills. You will be self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously. Previous sales experience isn’t essential as we offer an initial 12-month training programme known as The Fuel Academy of Training that will support you in your career.

Role includes:

  • Creating and posting job adverts to attract new candidates
  • CV search external candidate pools such Job boards and social media
  • CV search our extensive internal candidate database
  • Identify suitable candidates and telephone interview them to create a shortlist of CV’s to send the client.
  • Liaise with clients to organise interviews, feedback and placements and to deliver this feedback to the candidates.
  • Use of our internal Database Bullhorn (training provided) and associated recruitment admin
  • Telephone sales, selling the benefits of Fuel Group

We offer a 12 month training programme known as The Fuel Academy of Training that will support you in your career. With continual assessments and examinations at the 3, 6 and 12-month stages, the training programme equips our consultants with a knowledge that is rare within our industry.

Once you have spent some time getting to know the industry and are experienced in resourcing, we work with you to develop your sales skills to become a Business Development Manager / Account Manager.
